Q: How does Ecommerce's beta status affect users
As a beta product, Grapedrop Ecommerce recieves full account management support, which brings with it a personal account manager, who will provide one-on-one support and training.
You will be assigned a personal account manager within 24 hours of signing up for a premium or above account.
Q: Can I change or cancel plans?
Yes. All plans are available month-to-month with no long term commitments so you can change your plan at any time.
Once you have registered for a premium or above account through the Grapedrop dashboard, your account manager will handle the initiation of upgrades and downgrades for your Ecommerce account.
While your account manager will initiate this from our backend, you will have full control of your payments and billing in relation to upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations through your Grapedrop backend.
Q: Do you charge bandwidth or storage fees?
No. All Ecommerce plans include store-wide unlimited bandwidth and storage at no extra charge.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds, however, we do offer a demo for anyone who would like to see our tools in action, before making the leap.
Q: Where will I be billed and in what currency?
Billing is handled directly in your Grapedrop account dashboard. Ecommerce store can't be created without a Grapedrop account. All plans are billed in US dollars.
Q: What about security?
Your customers’ payment information is completely safe. All sensitive information always is transmitted via secure HTTPS channel.
Q: Are there setup or transaction fees?
No. There are no setup or transaction fees with any of our plans.
Q: Do you offer any discounts for nonprofit organizations?
